We keep this simple: we only use what you choose to send us, only to arrange your child's swimming lessons, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Belle Étoile arranges private, one-to-one swimming lessons for children at their family's own pool in Dubai, UAE. Lessons are delivered by independent coaches who are selected and managed for quality.
What we collect
You don't need an account to use this website. The free trial card at the top of the page does not send or store anything: it only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, and you decide whether to send it.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to share, typically your name, phone number, your child's first name and age, your area, your child's swimming level and the times that suit you. When a lesson is booked, we also need the address of the pool.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, arrange the free trial and your lessons, send you updates about your child's progress, and handle rescheduling and payments.
Who we share it with
Only the coach assigned to your child, and only what they need to teach the lesson: your child's first name, age and level, the pool address and the lesson times. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Photos and videos
We never take, keep or publish photos or videos of your child without your clear permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
This website
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, privacy-friendly statistics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
If you follow or message us on Instagram, Instagram's own privacy policy applies to what you share there.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and booking details for as long as you take lessons with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just message us on WhatsApp or by email.
